Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Chatai: Match Cards (“the App”), provided by Rohit Gaur, an individual developer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“Developer”, “I”, “me”, or “my”). By accessing or using this App, you (“user”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Chatai: Match Cards, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Rohit Gaur.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the App.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

  • You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You agree not to:
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
    • Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity;
    • Attempt to disrupt the functionality or security of the App;
    • Upload or share malicious content or viruses.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App, including trademarks, logos, graphics, content, and software, are owned by or licensed to Rohit Gaur. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

  • This App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that ads may be shown, and Google may collect and process data according to their own privacy policy and terms.
  • Rohit Gaur is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of any third-party ads, services, or websites accessible through the App.

6. Privacy and Data

  • The App may collect limited, non-personal information automatically (such as usage statistics and device information) to improve functionality and display ads.
  • For details, please refer to my separate Privacy Policy.
  • Rohit Gaur does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. No Warranties

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Rohit Gaur disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or reliability.
  • No advice or information obtained from the App creates any warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rohit Gaur is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, arising from or relating to your use or inability to use the App—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • You use the App at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rohit Gaur from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

Rohit Gaur may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason at sole discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

Rohit Gaur reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
